Mustang Media Group is hiring a newsletter writer who will be responsible for writing copy for The Roundup three to five times per week. The Roundup is Mustang Media Group’s newsletter, highlighting the day’s key Mustang News stories and other content including but not limited to MNTV video stories, KCPR podcasts and more.
Candidates should have strong writing and reading comprehension skills.
Responsibilities
- Publish The Roundup three to five days a week
- Write and summarize key stories and content of the day to go out to Mustang News’ audience in an original and engaging way
- Attend Mustang News’ weekly Sunday meeting
- Strong news sense
