Overview: As an Advertising Team Manager, you will work directly under the Advertising Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team of at least 4 account executives while also maintaining your own client list.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of at least 4 account executives
- Work with the Advertising Manager to design weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives for the entire sales staff.
- Assist in theĀ hiring, training, and development of all account executives.
- Maintain a list of local, campus, regional and national businesses
- Prepare, organize, and lead a weekly meeting with your team of account executives.
- Analyze past sales and future opportunities to create the client list in conjunction with the Advertising Manager.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Design Manager, Advertising Manager, and General Manager to analyze past editions, assess current revenue/expenses, and plan for upcoming editions.
- Set sales goals for the staff in conjunction with the Advertising Manager.
- Be available for any questions from team members to help provide training and input.
- Attend and assist with MMG boothing and other events related to the organizations.
