KCPR News Reporters participate in daily morning and evening newscasts, which are broadcasted live from our FM radio station on campus. You will have the opportunity to report live on air, learn how to operate our radio board and interview influential sources both on and off air.
Responsibilities:
- Pitch and report on stories affecting both Cal Poly and the San Luis Obispo community
- Collaborate with other MMG sections for multimedia stories
- Attend the 320 Radio Lab class on Tuesdays at 11 a.m.
- Attend weekly Sunday Mustang News staff meetings
