Overview: The sports video director reports to the Sports Content Director and specifically oversees all video related content for Mustang News Sports. This person is in charge of producing Mustang Gameday, editing Video Packages, Game recaps, as well as managing the team of videographers with weekly assignments and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
-Produce Mustang Gameday- setting up dates for the show, scheduling interviews, timing the run down, and assigning roles and responsibilities
-Approving and sending edits for all Game Recaps, Video PKGs, as well as the weekly social media show the Power Play
-Coordinating weekly team assignments including scheduling videographers to shoot games and facilitating practice time interviews
-Main point of content for all videographers in need of additional support
-Implement trainings and growth opportunities throughout the quarter
-Take story pitches, give feedback and advise the MN sports video team
-Identify trends and notable events within Cal Poly Athletics and deem what is in need of video coverage
