KCPR Podcast Editors will edit audio for one of our six podcasts, and gain valuable insight into the recording and post-production of podcasts. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about recording and ready to learn. You will get the opportunity to fine tune your audio editing skills as well as work with a team dedicated to producing the best shows they can. No previous podcasting experience required.
Responsibilities include:
- Use industry standard software, including Adobe Audition and Premiere
- Assist show hosts during audio recording sessions when necessary
- Attending weekly Tuesday KCPR general meetings
- Editing audio for release on streaming platforms
- Meeting assigned deadlines
