The KCPR Assistant Podcast Director will assist in overseeing the production of KCPR’s six podcasts, and gain valuable insight into the recording and post-production of podcasts. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about recording and ready to learn. You will get the opportunity to develop useful management skills as well as work with a team dedicated to producing the best shows they can. No previous podcasting experience required.

Responsibilities include:

• Use industry standard software, including Adobe Audition and Premiere
• Assist show hosts during audio recording sessions when necessary
• Assisting with recording video when necessary
• Work alongside the Podcast Director and Social Media Managers to promote KCPR podcasts and new episode releases
• Attending weekly Tuesday KCPR general meetings
